Banana Pumpkin Spice “Shake”

Okay, I’ll admit it, I have full-blown Fall nostalgia. It’s my favorite season. The weather has been gloomy lately and it’s bringing it out in me, plus having canned pumpkin sitting in my cupboard is so tempting! So I give you the healthiest pumpkin pie “shake” you’ll ever find!

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 3-4 tbs canned pumpkin
  • 1/3 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 tbs vanilla coffee creamer
  • 3 ice cubes
  • Stevia extract to taste

It’s thick, creamy and delicious, and it’s healthy! It tastes like a shake but nothing evil in this recipe. I love to make “desert” drinks when I have a sweet tooth but can’t afford the calories that day. Pop all those ingredients in a blender, I have a Magic Bullet look-a-like, and ta-daa…. a great addition to a light lunch or a snack on it’s own 🙂 How can you not love this? Look at it!!
